Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, customized products and items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Email us at gopalcreatiion@gmail.com with your order reference. Our team will guide you through the pickup process.
Refund Method
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued to a bank account you provide.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
